So I went out shopping for HOURS yesterday, cried a lil in a hot topic, came home, passed out and woke up 10 hours later. Yeah Wow. Didn't really know what to do with myself so I worked on some commissions, petted my cat, and then had the compelling urge to make some actions.
Which is what all this rambling leads us to.
These are y2k inspired, and they're not meant to be a full on palette you use for everything. It's missing pure whites and any blacks. It's mainly for personal use and because I really wanted to use the words like Plastic, Glitter, and Goo. I taste sounds and these sounds are delicious.
These work best on a mid, dark-ish grey texture. However, light colors work really well, as presented with this use of
Hiltion on a lighter texture
Which is how I enjoy actions. Look at how plastic-y and preppy it looks!
All the actions are nicely labeled and while I went nuts with the silly names, the colors in the swatch and the action names do hold a much more descriptive definition of the colors ;) I hope you find use in them!
